The market surveillance of the products that fall within the scope of the Product Safety Act (ProdSG) is carried out in Germany by the enforcement authorities of the federal states. The Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (BAuA) supports this activity within the scope of its tasks assigned in the ProdSG and MüG (Market Surveillance Act), which also include the downloads set here. Individual documents are currently being revised.

Here, for example, there are references in the area of routine measures for the actions and communication of the market surveillance, as well as samples for communication between the market participants and the market surveillance authority.
