Regulatory framework and programmed activities for mental health in the workplace

Stress at work and psychosocial risks are the subject of different regulatory standards and programmatic activities in the wider German occupational health and safety system. This article contributes to a better understanding of different aspects, objectives and dimensions, but without claiming to b e exhaustive. It focuses instead on differences and opportunities for synergies of the different approaches. Finally, conclusions are drawn for further activities.
