Determination of central critria for choice of instruments to risk assessment of mental work load

  • Project number: F 2262
  • Institution: Universität Marburg, Fachbereich Psychologie, AG Arbeits-, Organisations- und Sozialpsychologie
  • Status: Completed Project

Description:

In operational practice large difficulties exist at the execution of risk assessment of mental work load. Here there are only few legal rules or standards. Aim of the project is to determine central criteria for choice of instruments to risk assessment of mental work load with theory-led priority and thus to contribute to the work under the topic "Risk assessment of mental work load". For this purpose both, single risks and risk constellations by psychological load, with high probability for the impairment of well-being and health are to determine. Basis are data from comprehensive work and strain analyses of the final project F 1865 (work and depression), which was raised parallel to the order for project at that time and which was so far only partially prepared. Realizations and experiences from F 1865 for the entire process of risk assessment are to be considered and prepared apart from the data analysis.
