Description:

Systematic review of the relationship between work-related psychosocial stress and incidence of cardiovascular diseases. Focus of the review will be over commitment and imbalance of efford and reward (model of Siegrist) as well as the interaction of demand and control at the workplace (model of Karasek).

Further risk factors are mobbing, shift work and long working hours which will be examined concerning their influence on cardiovascular health.
