She was appointed as President of BAuA at the end of 2007.

Prof. Anita Tisch

Dr Rüdiger Pipke

As one of BAuA's leadership trio, he will collaborate closely with its president and vice president to drive ahead interdisciplinary projects and promote effective transfers of expertise. A biologist who gained his PhD at the Ruhr University Bochum, Dr Pipke has worked in various capacities at the Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health since 1992. From 2008 to 2024 he was responsible for the Hazardous Substances and Biological Agents Division.
